Patricia began her Feldenkrais studies in 1988, as a musician, yoga practitioner & exercise physiologist.  She became fully certified in 1993 after having completed the North American Feldenkrais Guild's Professional Training Program.

Patricia explains ...
" The precise way that one improves by using this methodology is only now being explained by brain plasticity researchersCurrent brain science research is discovering that modalities such as the Feldenkrais Method are  a necessary component for overcoming limitations due to injury or trauma.  For those without special needs, my work confers more dynamic, focused and effortless action to pursue one's goals & aspirations in life."

She has studied extensively with master Feldenkrais teachers Ruth Alon and Mia Segal
Patricia is now certified as an Anat Baniel Method practitioner for children with special needs.  Please visit, Anat Baniel's Website to view amazing outcomes with children.

Yoga studies have been an important part of her development as a health care provider.  Two seminal yogic individuals who have shaped her somatic perspective are teachers Dona Holleman of Lago di Garda Italy, and Roger Eischens, of Madison, Wisconsin.

Vocal studies and musical training are also a part of her background.  The specific demands and discipline required by performing musicians often produce entrenched & ineffective effort patterns.  Instrumentalists have had remarkable success in overcoming limitations with Patricia's skillful instruction.
