FULL BREATH FULL LIFE
Saturday & Sunday, April 24th & 25th, 2010

If you are only breathing to half of you’re capacity, you’re only half alive!  You know that it’s possible to lead a fuller, happier life, but so often we can’t put our finger on it.  We chase smoke & mirrors.  We argue with ourselves and choose explanations for dysfunction on the family dynamic, or the pain in the back, or our self image.  Consider this possibility;
That attention to the most primary movement of life, the breath, will restore you to

the authentic expression of person-hood that you dream of.  In all states.  Waking, dreaming and deep sleep.

In this workshop you will:

·       Learn to recognize breathing patterns that are habitual

·       Learn attention & movement skills to experience full breath without intention

·       Improve relationship of breath and integrate breath with other dynamic movement

·       Learn to initiate movement with breath for greater flexibility and quality of person-hood.

·       Have fun & curiosity while exploring
